Born in the mountains and woods of the north of the Czech Republic, B L O O D Y C Λ P E S is a project of JG and Luke Silt, two musicians of the late dark and heavy alternative rock band L RU. In its final year it became clear the two above mentioned felt the need to find new motivation and to dive into and explore the waters of darker electronica. Whilst working on the new material they were careful to preserve the heaviness of the previously used guitar riffs and distorted bass lines and create a soundscape that fits perfectly between the two. After more than a year, the L RU’s planned release turned out to be what is now the B L O O D Y C Λ P E S’ debut album, Grey Air.
